      Hi Akshay, happened loss is a past now. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a 10 years old addiction or 15. I can understand it becomes difficult to sleep without the stimulation and some other uncontrollable circumstances. I am sure you must have made 100s of resolutions on controlling or stopping it. The best way to get rid of addiction is to accept that you can never completely stop it, what you can do is reduce the frequency. How to do that? Bait yourself, compete to yourself and reward yourself. Let’s say you have a daily addiction then make a commitment to NOT masturbate for 2 days in a row and once you succeed then it’s time to reward yourself. First thing is, Masturbate, yes masturbate on the 3rd Day and then buy yourself a small affordable gift (optional). Again control for next 2 days and then reward, again control for 2 days and then reward. Once you are confident enough then increase the days.

      But how to Control? You can control by
      – self determination
      – engaging in gym activities
      – understanding that it will make your family life worse due to faded sex-life
      – understand you may never have your own kids as your sperm count will be nil due to regular practice from years
      – for better sex health – eat nuts, dry fruits, banana, garlic and organic food in general
      – meditation (if possible)
