I have always had this at least once during my tours. Wheat, meat and a pinch of salt when are combined with some hours of baking can produce a really wonderful dish and this is one such dish which will leave you craving for a second serve.

2. Falafel

We all like to have snacks and when in Dubai make sure that the falafel is on your plates. This is mostly taken as a side dish along with other delicacies. It is a well known dish in many parts of the world by different names. Made of chickpeas, this dish will surely be a favorite for your taste buds.

3. Esh Asaraya

I had tasted this dish once at a friend’s place and since then it has always been on my Dubai cuisine checklist. It is more like a cheese cake with the topping of a layer of cream. The way it melts in your mouth, you will find it hard to compare it to anything else.

4. Mahalabiya

If you have a sweet tooth like me, then Mahalabiya is the dish you do not want to let go. This is a very common choice as dessert among people of all age groups. The flavor of pistachios and rose water will linger in your mouth and your memory for quite a long time.
