This pie is stuffed with Wagyu beef (which is worth $1,000), black truffles, matsutake mushrooms, gold leaf, and finally $8,400 in 1982 Chateau Mouton Rothschild red wine. It’s served with champagne and can serve up to 8 people if you can believe it.

If you can say the name of this Sri Lankan dessert ten times fast, you’d probably get it for free at The Fortress’ Wine restaurant (totally kidding). It is known as the “a gold leaf Italian cassata,” otherwise known as the traditional round sponge cake.

This heavenly cake has been flavored with Irish cream that has been infused with fruit. The pomegranate and mango compote along with a Dom Perignon champagne sabayon establish the base of this dish, and the decorations are handcrafted chocolate carvings of stilt fishermen. And let’s not forget the fact that the dish is decorated with an 80-carat Aquamarine stone.
