If you can say the name of this Sri Lankan dessert ten times fast, you’d probably get it for free at The Fortress’ Wine restaurant (totally kidding). It is known as the “a gold leaf Italian cassata,” otherwise known as the traditional round sponge cake.

This heavenly cake has been flavored with Irish cream that has been infused with fruit. The pomegranate and mango compote along with a Dom Perignon champagne sabayon establish the base of this dish, and the decorations are handcrafted chocolate carvings of stilt fishermen.
